New Brunswick
Connecting mainland New Brunswick to Prince Edward Island, Confederation Bridge is one of the longest bridges in the world. During construction, builders needed a winch to pull the concrete forms between pillars because no boat or crane was stable enough to do the job.
Tork Winch provided a solution, and the bridge was completed in June 1997.
