Precision-grooved drums for consistent wire rope spooling.
Drums are machined in-house from 3″ to 36″ diameter. CNC horizontal lathes and vertical mills ensure consistent geometry and predictable rope behaviour across all layers. Custom drums are commonly supplied for OEM equipment manufacturers and large industrial installations requiring integration into broader mechanical systems.
Drums may be specified with broached hubs, coupling-ready hubs, keyed shafts, or stub shafts for direct pillow block mounting, allowing integration into existing drive and support arrangements without additional fabrication.
