Synchronized Multi-Strap Safety System
The Tork Winch Rocker Kit Safety Strap System is an automatic-locking fall-arrest solution designed to “catch” a free-falling suspended load in the event of a system failure. The system typically combines four (4) PL1000 Posilok Safety Straps with two self-levelling rocker assemblies, allowing all straps to engage in synchronicity. Each strap includes a visible travel indicator and a telltale label to show when a fall-arrest event has occurred.
Each PL1000 strap is designed to safely arrest a falling load of up to 1000 lbs. When used together in the Rocker Kit System, the four straps can arrest a combined falling load of up to 4000 lbs without strap failure or structural damage. During a fall event, the actual forces acting on the straps and rocker assemblies are significantly higher than the weight of the load, and the system is engineered to absorb and withstand these forces.
The Rocker Kit System is ideal for long-span suspended applications, dual-pick-point systems, and any installation where the load exceeds the capacity of a single safety strap. Its self-checking mechanical design, synchronized rocker operation, and clear visual safety indicators make it a dependable, maintenance-friendly safeguard for critical lifting systems.
