Vertical Lead Blocks
Tork Winch directional blocks are manufactured from fine-grain steel. Sheaves are zinc plated for sacrificial corrosion protection, and block housings are powder coated for enhanced corrosion resistance and surface durability. Sheave pitch diameters maintain a minimum 15:1 D:d ratio relative to wire rope diameter. Blocks are rated to their full Working Load Limit at a 180° rope wrap angle. Vertical units incorporate flanged oil-embedded bronze bushings as standard, with sealed or roller bearings available as alternatives.
