Each Tork Winch assembly begins with defined application requirements. See the process below.

Tork Winch
Configurations

These features are routinely specified within winch assemblies based on application requirements. Additional configurations are supported through in-house engineering capabilities.

Recent Projects

Tork Winch
Mine Haulage Winch

Built for haulage duty in mining environments, this winch provides controlled pulling of material or equipment along fixed travel paths. The drum is machined with parallel grooves to minimize cross-winding, promote consistent multilayer spooling, and extend rope service life. An enclosed control panel with VFD allows adjustable speed control and smooth acceleration, with integrated protection and operator controls suited to heavy-duty service conditions.

Tork Winch
Carbon Fibre Rebar Pultrusion Winch

Designed for carbon fibre rebar pultrusion, this winch provides controlled pull-through of fibre and resin through forming and curing stages. The system maintains steady line tension to support fibre alignment and consistent profile geometry. A brake motor with VFD control enables precise speed adjustment and smooth starts and stops, with integrated controls for repeatable production operation.

Tork Winch
Twin Silage Bunker Pull Winches

Configured as a twin, synchronized system for pulling and positioning silage bunker tarps across long bunker spans. The winches operate together to maintain even travel and balanced loading along the cover. An enclosed control panel with VFD allows coordinated speed control and smooth starts and stops, with integrated emergency stop for safe operation in an outdoor agricultural environment.

Tork Winch
UV Lamp Rack Lifting Winch

Stainless steel winch used in UV water treatment systems to raise and lower lamp racks for maintenance. Corrosion-resistant construction suits humid, chemical-exposed environments. A VFD provides controlled starts and stops, and an adjustable rotary limit switch sets fixed upper and lower travel limits for repeatable positioning.

Tork Winch
Dock Lift Yo-Yo (Pilewind) Winch

Configured for multilayer, single-wrap operation, this winch prevents rope traverse to maintain a near-zero fleet angle. Line pull is shared across two ropes to promote balanced loading and even spooling. A brake motor provides steady lifting, while a VFD and rotary limit switches ensure controlled raising and lowering of the boat dock with defined travel limits.

Tork Winch
Pilewind Gate Raise Winch

Configured for a security gate lift with restricted fleet angle. The drum accepts dual wire ropes in underwound and overwound arrangements for controlled spooling. A brake motor provides load control. The control panel includes a VFD with dynamic braking, dual wall stations, door lock integration, personnel-under-door protection, and upper and lower limit switches to define travel limits.
