Custom solution for flood management gate systems operating in Florida’s harsh marine environment. The blocks were rated for 10–20 ton loads and supplied in single and double shackle configurations, with single and double sheave configurations for 5/8″ and 3/4″ rope. All components were galvanized to provide long-term corrosion resistance in saltwater conditions.

These blocks were engineered with a 30:1 D:d ratio to reduce bending stress and strand fatigue during repeated cycling. Increased pitch diameter improves load distribution across the rope, supporting long-term wire rope integrity in critical overhead applications. Supplied in a shackle-mounted configuration and finished in black powder coat for durability and low-visibility installation.

Single sheave shackle blocks fabricated with 316 stainless steel side plates and sheave for operation in marine and saltwater environments. A swing open cheek design allows the block to be installed directly onto an existing wire rope, eliminating the need to reeve the full line during installation or maintenance.

Stainless steel swivel blocks equipped with a greaseable swivel mechanism to allow alignment with the direction of load during operation. The assembly was provided with multiple grease ports to allow connection of remote lubrication lines, enabling routine bearing maintenance without disassembly or direct access.
